Mysa, building the future of Finance & Banking, led by Arpita Kapoor, Mohit Rangaraju, Ashutosh Panigrahi, and Mohit Jain, has secured $3.4 million in Pre-Series A funding co-led by Blume Ventures and Piper Serica, with participation from new investors Ikemori Ventures, Raise Financial Services, QED Innovation Labs, and existing investors Antler, IIM A Ventures & Neon Fund.
Mysa helps regulated, multi-entity organizations manage auditability and payment controls across banks with a lean team. In under a year since launch, it processes ₹1,500+ crore in annualized transaction volume and pays 40,000+ bank accounts across India. Customers span commerce, quick commerce, manufacturing, hospitality, fintech, and real estate, including Dhan, Swish, DrinkPrime, Vaaree, Wint Wealth, and Atomic Work.
Since the $2.8 million seed round in February 2025, the platform has launched multi-bank connectivity across 15+ Indian banks, enhanced accounts payable with granular approvals and cost-center controls, and expanded into automated expense management. AI-powered Smart Scan extracts invoice context, line items, and tax details, while integrations with procurement tools and ERPs enable seamless 2-way and 3-way matching. Deep ERP sync supports major accounting systems, and enterprise-grade security includes ISO 27001 and SOC-2 compliance with encrypted, India-based data centers.
Investors are enthusiastic about Mysa’s potential to transform finance workflows in India. Nitin Sharma of Antler India highlighted the team’s strong execution since day one and praised Mysa’s AI-enabled finance operating system for automating processes across procurement, expense management, and more. Ajay Modi of Piper Serica noted that India’s mid-sized businesses face a massive, underserved opportunity and sees Mysa creating a new category by combining AI-driven automation with deep bank integrations. Joseph Sebastian of Blume Ventures emphasized the platform’s deep understanding of real-world finance pain points, strong customer referrals, near-zero churn, and multi-banking AI-first architecture, calling it a natural upgrade over legacy systems.
With this new capital, Mysa plans to double down on its current momentum while deepening its AI capabilities and expanding its banking product offerings. Key initiatives include AI-enabled procurement, UPI-driven expense management, and a corporate credit card solution. The company will also scale its infrastructure to support the growth of larger businesses and additional bank integrations, while exploring embedded financing opportunities through its expanding vendor network.
