Optivian, an AI sales execution platform, led by Roope Heinila, Visa-Pekka Laurila, Jesse Haka, Johanna Rauhala, and Duy Duong, has emerged out of stealth, backed by a $2M pre-seed round led by Failup Ventures and Tero Ojanperä, former Executive Chair and co-founder of Silo AI, which was acquired by AMD in Europe's largest AI exit. Ojanperä joins the board alongside Topias Soininen, General Partner at Failup Ventures.
Enterprise sales have long scaled by adding headcount, a model Optivian argues is no longer sustainable. The company is launching its AI Sales Execution platform to shift sales systems from passive reporting to autonomous deal execution.
Rather than simply analyzing pipeline data, Optivian’s AI agents carry out critical tasks required to close complex B2B deals, including building business cases, creating mutual action plans, enabling internal champions, and driving continuous next-best actions.
Enterprises have spent billions on tools that explain why deals are lost, but little on digital labor that actively helps close them. Optivian is not building another sales tool, but laying the foundation for the agentic enterprise, where AI operates as a true workforce.
— Roope Heinilä, CEO, Optivian
Developed in close collaboration with design partners over the past year, the platform’s early deployments show a 20% lift in win rates and a 50% reduction in time spent on admin work and deal asset creation, signaling a shift away from revenue growth tied to linear sales headcount expansion.
“Agentic AI won’t just analyze work, it will do it. Sales is one of the enterprise’s largest and most expensive knowledge functions, and automating its execution layer represents a fundamental productivity shift.”
— Tero Ojanperä
Former Executive Chair & Co-Founder, Silo AI (Europe's largest AI exit)
“AI hasn’t changed the core challenges in sales; it’s changed who does the work. Optivian offloads major parts of the sales process to intelligent automation, freeing teams to focus on relationships and closing deals.”
— Topias Soininen
General Partner, Failup Ventures
Alongside its human board, Optivian has created an internal AI Advisory Board, a persistent council of AI personas modeled after top founders, investors, and operators. These agents debate, challenge one another, and retain shared context over time, helping leadership pressure-test strategy through multiple expert lenses. It reflects Optivian’s belief that AI should actively participate in decisions, not just inform them.
