Sirdab Raises $10M Series A Co-led by Elm and BECO Capital to Scale the Logistics Infrastructure Layer for Saudi Arabia and the GCC

Sirdab, simplifying commerce & logistics through technology, led by Naif Alzahri and Abdulrahman Alnamlah, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. The round was co-led by new investor Elm, the PIF-backed digital solutions company, and existing investor BECO Capital. Other backers include Y Combinator, COTU Ventures, and D Global Ventures.

Founded in 2022, Sirdab gives businesses a single platform to access, manage, and scale logistics, covering warehousing, transportation, inventory, orders, and compliance.

Since graduating from Y Combinator’s Winter 2023 batch, Sirdab has grown revenue 20x and reached profitability. More than 850 businesses, including government entities, public companies, and major enterprises, use the platform, supported by a network of 120+ warehouses and 60+ transportation providers across dry, ambient, chilled, and frozen logistics.

Sirdab operates an asset-light network supported by strategically located company-operated facilities. Its proprietary software connects the distributed infrastructure into a single system, giving businesses greater flexibility, visibility, and control while helping logistics providers access demand and standardize operations.

The funding will support Sirdab’s expansion across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, network growth, and further platform development, including AI-powered capacity matching and automated coordination between shippers, warehouses, and carriers.
