Rillet, the AI-native ERP (enterprise resource planning) platform for modern finance teams, led by Nicolas Kopp and Stelios Modes, has announced a $100 million Series C led by ICONIQ at a $1 billion valuation, with participation from Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Global Equities, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, Battery Ventures, FirstMark, Scale Venture Partners, and Creandum. The round is Rillet’s third in the last year and brings total funding to more than $200 million.

Rillet doubled new ARR over the past three months and now serves more than 600 customers, expanding beyond tech and AI into biotech, healthcare, fintech, logistics, and professional services.

The funding will accelerate Rillet’s vision of becoming an agentic operating layer for finance, where finance teams and AI agents work together to manage financial operations.

Rillet turns the ERP into a shared operating layer where finance teams and AI agents work from the same financial data, policies, and controls. Agents handle increasingly complex tasks while finance teams retain oversight, approvals, and a complete audit trail.

Unlike legacy ERPs that rely on spreadsheets and add-on tools, Rillet vertically integrates real-time financial data, a native general ledger, and AI agents into a single system.

“For the past two decades, ERP systems have primarily served as systems of record. In the AI era, they need to become operating layers for financial work. Rillet is building that infrastructure, allowing finance teams and AI agents to work from the same financial data, share responsibilities, and maintain a complete audit trail.”

Nicolas Kopp, CEO and Co-Founder, Rillet

Rillet’s customers demonstrate the shift in practice. At companies such as Mercor, finance teams work alongside Rillet’s AI agents to support more than $2 billion in ARR with a team of just three.

“Rillet stands out as a leader in AI-native accounting infrastructure, with customers using the platform to operate multi-billion-dollar businesses with significantly smaller finance teams and continuous financial close processes. Rillet has the potential to become foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI-era enterprises.”

Seth Pierrepont, General Partner, ICONIQ and Rillet Board Member

Rillet is building this new category of finance infrastructure in partnership with leading accounting firms. Earlier in 2026, it launched a finance transformation alliance with Ernst & Young and became an official partner to more than half of Accounting Today’s top 20 CPA firms.

“In the next two to three years, finance will become increasingly agentic and real-time. Rillet is building the system of context and infrastructure to enable that shift and redefine the role of the finance team.”
