Mumbai-based GreyLabs AI is Innovating BFSI Services through Agentic Voice AI

GreyLabs AI, an AI-powered platform transforming India's BFSI services through agentic voice AI, led by Aman Goel, Harshita Srivastava, Shreyas Patel, Raj Sanghavi, Debabrata Basak, and Shivam Gupta, has secured Rs 85 crore led by Elevation Capital with participation from existing investor Z47 and several angel investors.

The new funding will help GreyLabs AI scale its Agentic Voice AI platform and expand operations in Bengaluru and Delhi. The company plans to grow from over 50 financial institution clients to 300, further enhancing its capabilities in processing and understanding customer conversations.

GreyLabs, founded by Goel, Harshita Srivastava, Shivam Gupta, Raj Sanghavi, Debabrata Basak, and Shreyas Patel, develops AI-powered autonomous voice agents that help financial institutions automate contact center operations.

GreyLabs AI’s product suite features Voice AI Agents, speech analytics, and AI-driven email analytics, all designed to automate communication workflows for banks and insurers.
