Lightfield, the AI-native CRM, led by Keith Peiris, Pete Nichols, Henri Liriani, Jack Reed, and the team, has announced a $47M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz.

Since launching last November, Lightfield has signed up more than 5,000 companies and become the system of record for fast-growing businesses, with teams migrating entire Salesforce implementations to the platform. The funding will support further growth and expand the range of tasks Lightfield’s AI agent can perform for customers.

Building a CRM Engineered for the Future.

AI agents can now handle work across sales, customer service, and product development, but their effectiveness depends on how well they understand a company, its products, and customers.

Legacy CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot were built for humans to update records and store structured data, leaving agents without the context needed for reliable work. Lightfield was built for agents from the ground up, reimagining the CRM as a business “world model” that continuously captures context from calls, emails, and meetings.

This shared customer context enables agents to perform real work, from generating pipeline and responding to customers autonomously to helping new sellers learn how the company’s best deals were won.

What’s Next

Every CRM era has been shaped by how work gets done. Salesforce was built for the cloud era, when humans did the work and software tracked it. Lightfield is built for an era where humans and AI agents work together to find, sell to, and serve customers.

The company is transforming CRM from a traditional database into a business world model that gives every employee and agent the context needed to serve customers effectively. Its mission is to put this system in the hands of every employee and agent at every company.
