ClearOps, the world's leading AI-powered after-sales intelligence platform, led by William Barkawi and the team, has raised €8.6 million in a Series A funding round led by Hitachi Ventures, alongside Schoeller Group and Barkawi Group.
The funding marks ClearOps’s first institutional capital raise and supports its mission to become the AI operating system for global OEM after-sales operations.
ClearOps acts as an AI operating system for industrial after-sales, connecting manufacturers, dealers, service partners, and machines on a unified platform without replacing existing infrastructure.
The platform helps reduce machine downtime by improving parts availability and service coordination, supporting thousands of dealers and millions of machines globally, and working with manufacturers such as AGCO, Terex, Jungheinrich, and Lippert. Across customers, it has improved parts availability by up to 40% and reduced repair times by up to two days.
“Industrial service networks are under increasing pressure as connectivity rises and expectations around uptime grow,” said William Barkawi, Founder & CEO of ClearOps. “We believe the future belongs to networks that can predict, coordinate, and execute in real time, building an AI operating system for after-sales that ensures parts and services are available before downtime occurs.”
“We believe industrial after-sales is undergoing a fundamental transformation as connectivity increases and uptime expectations rise,” said Pete Bastien, Partner at Hitachi Ventures. “ClearOps is building the operational intelligence layer for this next era, combining AI, data, and execution into one platform.”
ClearOps’s participation is framed as a strong strategic validation of its platform and long-term market opportunity.
As the investment arm of Hitachi Ventures’ parent industrial group, Hitachi Ventures brings expertise in industrial infrastructure, digital transformation, and global operations.
“Global service and supply chain networks are becoming increasingly complex, while many critical processes are still managed through fragmented systems and manual workflows,” said Christoph Schoeller, CEO of Schoeller Group. “ClearOps combines operational expertise with a scalable platform for the next generation of industrial service networks.”
ClearOps’s partnership with Schoeller Group brings deep expertise in logistics, industrial systems, and global supply chain operations.
The investment reflects alignment around transforming fragmented service supply chains into connected, data-driven operating environments.
“After-sales remains one of the largest untapped opportunities in industrial businesses, yet still runs on fragmented systems and manual processes,” said Robert Kunze, Managing Director at Barkawi Technologies. “ClearOps is well-positioned to define the future of how manufacturers and dealer networks operate globally.”
ClearOps’s partnership with Barkawi Technologies brings deep expertise in after-sales, service supply chains, and industrial operations, along with experience in scaling technology businesses globally.
The Series A funding will support ClearOps’s global expansion, including investments in go-to-market efforts, ecosystem partnerships, and continued development of its AI platform.
The company is also expanding its role in industrial after-sales by enabling OEMs and dealers to move from demand prediction to automated coordination and execution of parts and service operations across global networks, supporting the shift toward more resilient, high-uptime industrial systems.
