Aizy, the Dutch AI marketing software company, led by Stefan Nuijten and the team, has acquired fellow industry player Uptmz. The acquisition creates an integrated advertising platform spanning Google, Microsoft, and Meta, combining software, AI-driven optimization, and strategic services within a unified ecosystem. Together, the combined companies now support more than 600 customers.

Uptmz was originally developed within Springbok Group before becoming an independent company in 2022 to accelerate growth of its automation-focused advertising platform for Google and Microsoft ecosystems.

Following its acquisition by Aizy, Uptmz will continue scaling within an AI-first environment, combining software, AI-driven optimization, and specialist expertise into a unified performance marketing platform rather than relying on fragmented automation tools.

Customers of Aizy and Uptmz will gain access to a unified ecosystem combining AI, automation, and performance marketing expertise within a single platform.

The model supports multiple levels of engagement, allowing businesses to manage campaigns independently, work alongside specialists, or fully outsource performance marketing operations.

Stefan Nuijten described the acquisition of Uptmz as a strategic move that combines scalable advertising software with AI intelligence and human expertise. He said the integration gives Aizy a differentiated position in AI-driven performance marketing by uniting intuitive technology, strategic insight, and execution capabilities within a single platform.

Vincent Stoit said that over the past seven years, Uptmz built a scalable and technically advanced advertising platform now used by hundreds of customers.

He added that growing demand for multichannel marketing and strategic guidance beyond standalone software made Aizy a strong partner to accelerate the company’s technology roadmap and support customer growth.

In just one year, Aizy has grown rapidly through a customer-driven development approach, continuously refining its technology using real-world campaign performance data.

The company previously raised backing from investors including Gijs Nagel and Michiel Mol. Its combination with Uptmz is intended to accelerate international expansion across the European AI-driven performance marketing market.
