Digitail, an AI-powered practice management software for veterinary clinics, led by Sebastian Gabor and Ruxandra Pui, has secured a $23 million USD Series B investment led by Five Elms Capital with participation from existing investors Atomico, Partech, Byfounders, Gradient, and others.

The investment will drive Digitail’s growth across the veterinary industry and enhance its AI capabilities to better serve veterinarians and pet owners.

Digitail was founded on the belief that veterinary teams need modern, connected tools that reduce administrative work and enable smarter, more personalized pet care. Its vision from the start has been to transform the veterinary workday through a unified operating system that enhances collaboration, increases efficiency, and improves care delivery.

Digitail’s AI-native platform unifies scheduling, records, billing, communications, and more in one system. It's 15+ AI workflows, including smart intake, AI dictation, and automated summaries, that cut administrative work and improve care quality.

Over the past year, Digitail has doubled its customer base, now serving 10,000 veterinarians and 3 million pet parents across clinics, multi-location practices, and mobile providers. The investment will accelerate product development, strengthen AI capabilities, and support global expansion to enhance the overall customer experience.

Reed Edwards, Principal at Five Elms Capital, noted that Digitail’s technology empowers veterinarians and pet owners by simplifying workflows and enhancing care. The investment supports the company’s mission to help clinics deliver exceptional care at scale.
