Atira, building Multi-Agent Orchestration for Industrial Sales Processes, led by Florian Diegruber and August DuMont Schütte, has announced a $15M Seed round led by Accel, which, together with the previously unannounced pre-seed (UVC, Fortino Ventures, booom), brings total funding to $17.5M. The round includes industry leaders like Ann-Kristin Achleitner, Marc Bitzer (CEO of the Whirlpool Corporation), Dr. Markus Flik (multiple industrial boards), and Bastian Nominacher (co-founder and co-CEO of Celonis) as new investors. The funding will enable Atira to support customers globally in producing tailored, market-leading engineering products and services at scale.
Industrial Sales Processes Take Weeks to Months.
Factories have been automated for decades, yet the customer-supplier process remains highly manual. Complex RFQs can involve hundreds or thousands of pages of specifications, drawings, standards, and compliance requirements, requiring sales engineers and commercial teams to assess feasibility, configure solutions, and prepare bids, often taking weeks or months.
This work sits between CRM and ERP and remains largely untouched by traditional software because inputs are unstructured, solutions vary by deal, and critical knowledge is spread across people, documents, and systems.
Globally, the process represents more than $128 billion in annual labor spend, with significantly greater revenue potential tied up in the inefficiency.
How Atira Brings the Commercial Response Process into the AI Age.
Atira is building an AI orchestration layer between CRM and ERP for industrial companies selling complex products and services. Its multi-agent platform automates the commercial response process, from screening RFQs and assessing feasibility to configuring solutions and generating technical and commercial documentation.
Integrated with existing CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems, Atira can cut ask-to-bid times by up to 80%, turning weeks-long processes into days. Historical proposals, configurations, outcomes, and engineering expertise are also transformed into reusable intelligence, helping manufacturers standardize processes and make better commercial decisions.
Atira Helps Leading Global Industrials Transform the Way They Work.
Since launching commercially in 2025, Atira has deployed with 15+ customers, including ABB E-Mobility, Chiron Group, Rema Tip Top, Robel, Theegarten-Pactec, and Fette Compacting. Deployments span multiple markets, with ABB E-Mobility using Atira globally and Chiron Group expanding from Germany to the US.
Customers are seeing measurable results within weeks, while standardizing sales and engineering processes, preserving institutional knowledge, and freeing teams to focus on higher-value technical decisions.
