Wexler, helping legal, compliance, eDiscovery, tax, and forensics teams analyse the facts in every case, led by Gregory Mostyn, Kush Madlani, Will Thomson, Edgar Brazda, and Conrad Scherb, has raised $5.3 million seed round led by Pear VC, with participation from Seedcamp, The LegalTech Fund, and pre-seed lead investors Myriad Venture Partners. The company also announced new global law firm customers, including HSF Kramer, Goodwin Procter, and Addleshaw Goddard.
The funding coincides with the launch of Wexler Real-Time, an innovative legal fact-checking tool within the company’s fact intelligence platform, already trusted by leading global firms to build chronologies, analyze extensive case materials, and uncover critical inconsistencies. The new feature instantly flags false or conflicting testimony during depositions and hearings.
Since its pre-seed round in 2024, wexler.ai has increased its ARR by 20x and cut manual review by more than 75%, enabling leading law firms and corporate legal teams to establish facts faster and with greater precision. Long-standing client Clifford Chance has integrated wexler.ai across its dispute resolution practice, while Burges Salmon has adopted the platform to streamline and enhance its legal workflows.
Wexler.ai, designed to think like a litigator, delivers verified facts at speed, replacing slow, error-prone analysis. Tasks like building detailed chronologies that once took days can now be done in about an hour. With the ability to process up to 500,000 documents per upload and support multilingual deployments, the platform helps global firms tackle complex disputes with precision.
Wexler.ai’s growing adoption among top-tier firms underscores its category-defining role in litigation. From AmLaw 50 leaders in the U.S. to multinational firms in London and an expanding presence in APAC, users report faster review times and greater confidence in case strategy. Today, over 70% of users are in the U.S., with rapid growth across the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
The new funding will accelerate wexler.ai’s product development, enabling uploads of millions of documents, expanding engineering and commercial teams, supporting its U.S. launch, and scaling multilingual, region-specific deployments for top-tier law firms and corporate clients. Built by privacy and security experts, wexler.ai uses user-specific encryption, data masking, and complies with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and AWS Cloud Security standards.
