Temelion Raises €3.2 Million in Seed Funding to Simplify Building Engineering Workflows with AI

Temelion AI, an AI-powered platform to manage pre-construction flows, led by Rodolphe Héliot, Jérome Joaug, Sébastien Gilles, Céline Cottin, Rini Bankhwal, and Cédric Artigue, has secured €3.2 million in seed funding led by 360 Capital with participation from ISAI Build Venture, SE Ventures, and Kima Ventures.

Temelion is using AI to streamline pre-construction engineering workflows, eliminating bottlenecks and repetitive tasks. Its vision is to empower engineers to deliver faster, error-free work, driving cost savings and higher quality across the built environment.

Temelion is an AI platform that automates design workflows for building engineers, accelerating bids, generating accurate documentation, and simplifying contractor evaluation. With upcoming HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing modules, it’s creating a full suite for faster, higher-quality project delivery.

The funding round, led by 360 Capital with ISAI Build Venture, SE Ventures, Kima Ventures, and construction-sector angels, will enable Temelion to expand its engineering team, accelerate its rollout in France with a focus on building engineering firms, and invest in customer onboarding and integrations with industry-standard tools like REVIT.
