SiMa.ai, developer of purpose-built hardware and software solutions for Physical AI, led by Krishna Rangasayee, Gopal Hegde, Harry Kroger, and Azfar Hasib, has raised $85 million in an oversubscribed round, bringing total capital raised to $355 million, led by Maverick Capital, with continued participation from existing investors and new investor StepStone Group.


SiMa.ai’s new funding will support global expansion and accelerate the growth of its Physical AI platform, with increased investment in software development, go-to-market operations, customer success, and advancements in its automotive roadmap.
