Seemplicity, the exposure action platform that delivers faster fixes and stronger security, led by Yoran Sirkis(CEO), Ravid Circus(CPO), Rotem Cohen Gadol(CTO), Tony Thompson(CMO), and others, announced a $50 million Series B funding round led by Sienna Venture Capital, with participation from Essentia Venture Capital and existing investors Glilot Capital Partners, NTTVC, and S Capital. Seemplicity plans to leverage this funding to increase its investment in AI capabilities and support a rapid expansion of the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Following strong Fortune 500 adoption, Seemplicity helps enterprises focus on what matters by automating exposure management. It cuts noise by 95%, prioritizes critical risks, and auto-generates remediation tasks, saving teams time and resources.
The funding will accelerate Seemplicity’s AI Agents, designed to deliver personalized risk insights and proactive guidance. These agents blend business logic with threat intelligence to streamline workflows and drive targeted vulnerability remediation.
Founded in 2020 by cybersecurity veterans, Seemplicity automates vulnerability management and remediation. Following 800% ARR growth since Series A and 3x customer growth, it now processes over 1.5B security findings daily. The new funding will expand U.S., UK, and EU operations, enhance accessibility, and drive revenue. With burnout and talent shortages plaguing cybersecurity, Seemplicity helps teams move from alert to action faster, reducing risk and reclaiming valuable time.
