Refold AI, an Agentic AI platform for enterprise integration, led by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, has raised $6.5 million in seed funding led by Eniac Ventures and Tidal Ventures, with participation from Better Capital, Ahead VC, Karman Ventures, Z21, and notable angel investors. Refold is expanding its 20-person team across San Mateo and Bangalore to 30+ by year-end, while scaling agent capabilities across industries and enabling seamless deployment for AI-first enterprises.

Refold is creating an AI-native execution layer where autonomous agents handle system integrations end-to-end. These agents replace the need for manual teams by understanding system behavior, writing glue code, syncing data, managing edge cases, and adapting automatically as systems change.

Refold is built on three layers: Workflow Agents for developers to create and manage integration logic efficiently; MCP Chains for business teams to define workflows in natural language; and an Embedded Integration Marketplace that lets SaaS products offer native, secure integrations with no setup required.

Refold powers 30+ enterprises like Incorta, with 2x recent growth, 1,500+ users, and 30M+ monthly API calls. Agents handle critical ops—from finance to CRM syncs—cutting weeks of work. New funding deepens integrations and adaptability.
