Omnes Capital Announces First Close of Omnes Real Tech 2 - Early Growth Deeptech Fund

Led by Serge Savasta(Chief Executive Officer), Fabien Prevost(Chairman and Chief Investment Officer), Managing Partners Marc-Philippe Botte, Michel de Lempdes, Michael Pollan, and Partners Serge Rakovitch(CFO), Philippe Trolez(Partner - Corporate Secretary), Fabien Collangettes(Partner), François-Xavier Dedde, Simon Hardi, Morgane Honikman, Renaud Poulard, Miria Spath-Werder, Benjamin Stremsdoerfer, Gonzague de Tremiolles, Yannic Trub, Caroline Yametti, Lina Zovic, and others, announced that it has raised € 112 million for the first close of the second fund in its Deeptech series, Omnes Real Tech 2.

Omnes has launched Real Tech 2, a new deeptech fund aimed at supporting early-growth European startups in sectors like defense, AI, space, quantum, and advanced materials. Building on the success of its first deeptech fund—with portfolio companies like The Exploration Company, Quandela, and Quantum Systems—Real Tech 2 benefits from a unique track record in industrializing innovations and scaling internationally.

Backed by the EU's Defense mandate, the fund focuses on scalable, strategic technologies and will emphasize geographic exposure in Germany and Italy, supported by a strong pan-European network built over two decades.
