Nevis Raises $70M Series B Led by EQT Ventures

Nevis, the AI operating system for wealth, led by Mark Swan, Philipp Burda, and Ivan Chalov, has raised a $70 million Series B, led by EQT Ventures, with participation from Charles Schwab, Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ, QuantumLight, and Ribbit Capital, bringing the total funding to $110 million in just two years since founding the company.
Nevis is building an AI operating system for wealth management, integrating CRM, meeting intelligence, financial planning, and custodial workflows with AI agents that automate operational tasks. The platform aims to help financial advisors focus on clients, improve advice, and grow their businesses. Nevis serves major and fast-growing U.S. wealth management firms overseeing more than $700 billion in assets.
Why Nevis Was Started.
Founded two years ago by Philipp, Ivan, and their co-founder, Nevis was built on the belief that AI can transform wealth management while keeping financial advice human-led.
The company’s founding vision rests on three principles: AI should empower advisors rather than replace them; fragmented, outdated systems need to be replaced with an integrated platform; and AI agents should execute end-to-end workflows rather than simply assist with individual tasks.
Nevis aims to connect data, systems, and workflows in one AI-powered platform, enabling advisors to serve more clients, deliver personalized advice, strengthen relationships, and grow their businesses.
Why Firms Choose Nevis.
Nevis works with leading U.S. wealth management firms, including Focus Financial Partners, IEQ Capital, and United Capital. Its platform helps advisors reclaim up to 10 hours weekly, hold 30% more prospect meetings, generate financial plans in minutes, and open client accounts in days instead of weeks.
Over the past year, assets on the platform grew from $50 billion to more than $700 billion, with $75 billion added monthly. Revenue increased more than 25x, AI agents completed over 100,000 operational tasks, and the 70-person team launched dozens of new products.
EQT Ventures is leading Nevis’s latest funding round, bringing global expertise and connections across wealth management and financial services. Carolina Brochado, Partner and Head of EQT Ventures, joins Nevis’s Board of Directors, while Kaushik Subramanian takes on the role of Board Observer.
Mark, Philipp and Ivan have built an exceptional AI platform at a time when wealth management faces a growing capacity gap, with advisors retiring as demand for advice rises. Nevis is helping firms serve more clients and scale efficiently. We’re excited to bring EQT’s network across wealth management and financial services to support their growth and ambition to become the foundational AI platform for the industry.

Charles Schwab joins Nevis as a strategic investor, bringing access to an ecosystem of over 17,000 independent RIAs, 48 million client accounts, and $13 trillion in client assets. The partnership aims to integrate Nevis AI agents with Schwab’s custodial infrastructure, expanding automation capabilities for financial advisors and their firms.
We’ve built an AI ecosystem that gives advisors greater choice and access to capabilities that can help them run and grow their firms. Our investment in and partnership with Nevis expands that ecosystem, helping advisors harness AI to operate more efficiently, increase their capacity, and ultimately serve more investors.
— Jon Beatty, Head of Schwab Advisor Services
QuantumLight, the venture firm founded by Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky, joins Nevis’s funding round. Existing investors Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ, and Ribbit Capital have also increased their investments, reinforcing their support for Nevis’s ambition to build the foundational AI platform for wealth management.
Just the Beginning.
Nevis plans to accelerate AI agent development and expand across the wealth management technology stack, aiming to become the foundational AI platform for the global industry. The company envisions enabling advisors to serve more clients, deliver sophisticated services, and build stronger relationships while helping firms scale faster and improve margins.
CEO and Co-Founder Mark Swan described the funding as the start of Nevis’s most ambitious chapter, focused on redefining how wealth management firms operate and grow.
