Mindler, a Stockholm-based leading provider of digital therapy in the UK and Nordics, led by Erica Larson, has acquired Cambridge-based ieso Digital Health UK, one of the UK’s leading online talking therapies services, led by Charlotte Housden. The merger unites two leading digital mental health platforms, forming a best-in-class solution for patients and institutional buyers such as employers, insurers, and public health organizations. The acquisition involves ieso’s UK telecare services supporting the NHS, while the parent company, ieso.ai, continues to focus on clinical AI and retains the ieso brand.

Mindler’s acquisition of ieso’s UK entity creates a leading digital mental health platform, combining therapy delivery with AI-driven tools. Existing NHS contracts and data governance remain intact, with services continuing under the Mindler brand and current leadership.

Demand for NHS mental health services is surging, with long wait times and high vacancy rates for clinicians. In contrast, digital platforms like Mindler are delivering timely, accessible care, with most patients reporting improved support and outcomes. The combined platform enhances clinical depth and flexibility, enabling healthcare providers to deliver more personalized, scalable, and efficient mental health care across both live and asynchronous channels.

The acquisition strengthens the UK’s digital mental health infrastructure by combining Mindler’s Nordic innovation and proven clinical excellence with local expertise. It builds on Mindler’s strategy of scaling evidence-based, patient-first digital care across Europe.
