Led by co-founders Oliver Welte(CEO) and Robert Werner(CTO), Leapter has raised $2 Million led by bm|t beteiligungsmanagement thüringen GmbH with participation from Smart Infrastructure Ventures and angel investors Frank Stummer and Roman Dudenhausen. The investment will accelerate the development of a visual-first platform designed to close the trust gap in AI-generated code by placing human oversight at the center of AI-assisted software development.

Leapter addresses the trust gap in AI-generated code by replacing opaque source code with visual, executable blueprints. These blueprints serve as a shared language between technical and non-technical teams, allowing business requirements to be directly understood, validated, and refined, ensuring alignment, security, and correctness from the start.
