Quindar, bringing cloud-native thinking to space operations, led by Nate Hamet, Sunny Bhagavathula, David Lawrence, Zach Meza, Shaishav Parekh, and Matt Regan, has secured $18M in Series A funding led by Washington Harbour Partners with continued investment from Booz Allen Ventures, FUSE, FCVC, and Y Combinator. The new funding will support the development of a state-of-the-art classified facility in the Denver area, expand commercial integrations, and grow the workforce to support multi-mission government and commercial programs.

Quindar delivers a common operating picture (COP) that automates the mission lifecycle, from planning to command, control, and event management, enabling faster mission readiness and resilient operations. Its modular, open systems approach allows diverse satellites to be integrated into unified constellations in days rather than years, aligning with the DoD’s focus on speed and adaptability.

Traditional mission control systems are slow, fragmented, and hard to update. Quindar provides a scalable, automated solution that unifies planning, execution, and monitoring, managing satellites with data-center-like reliability and built-in intelligence to boost fleet resiliency.

With this investment, Quindar is entering its next growth phase, expanding secure infrastructure and operational capacity for government and commercial missions. New classified facilities in Denver and a workforce increase from 30 to nearly 100 employees will strengthen its ability to deliver trusted, on-demand mission control with top-tier security, reliability, and responsiveness.

Nate Hamet, co-founder and CEO of Quindar, said: “Our common operating picture integrates one satellite or thousands into the same constellation in days, with full observability, automation, and security for national defense. This investment allows us to support both classified and unclassified missions, enabling operators, from startups to government, to fly with confidence.”

Mina Faltas, Founder and CIO at Washington Harbour Partners, said: “We’re excited to welcome Quindar, advancing the next generation of U.S. space infrastructure. By addressing urgent security challenges, Quindar strengthens America’s strategic edge, and we are proud to support their mission.”
