Groq, the premier neocloud for fast inference, led by Adam Winter and the team, announced a $350 million Series A fundraise, and the round was led by Disruptive, with planned participation from NVIDIA. The fundraise values the company at $3.5 billion. This latest round, together with $650 million raised in June 2026, brings recent funding in the company to $1 billion.

Groq operates 13 data centers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, serving more than six million developers, Fortune 500 enterprises, and thousands of AI-native companies. The new capital will expand access to medium- and large-scale NVIDIA-accelerated computing for AI training and inference, with capacity expected to grow from 54 MW to more than 200 MW in 2027.

“We are building Groq into a leading AI inference cloud as inference becomes an increasingly critical layer of AI infrastructure. With deep experience operating LPUs at scale, Groq is focused on delivering the performance, efficiency, and reliability required by next-generation AI models while supporting leading model developers and accelerating global innovation.”

Alex Davis, Executive Chairman and CEO of Disruptive

Groq is an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, certified to design, deploy, and operate NVIDIA-accelerated computing in line with NVIDIA’s reference architecture and operational standards. The Series A funding remains subject to customary closing conditions.
