Co-founded by Rajaram Srinivasan(CEO) & Vignesh Subbiah(CTO), Generative AI Security Platform Unbound has raised a $4 Million Seed Round led by Race Capital, with participation from Wayfinder Ventures, Y Combinator, Massive Tech Ventures and a number of angel investors.
San Francisco-based Unbound offers software to control data flows and enforce policies, making AI adoption more secure and transparent. Unbound’s AI Gateway is used by mid-market and enterprise customers across sectors like healthcare and tech. It connects to popular AI tools to provide model routing, real-time protection, and usage analytics. The platform redacts sensitive data in real-time, re-routes risky requests to internal models, and offers fine-grained control over access and cost—helping organizations save significantly on AI usage.
The company aims to expand AI ecosystem integrations, improve model routing, and support the internal orchestration of open-source models.
