FleetWorks, an always-on dispatcher that calls, emails, or texts you when high-paying loads match your truck, led by Paul Singer and Quang Tran, has secured $17 million in funding led by First Round Capital with participation from Y Combinator, Saga Ventures, and LFX Venture Partners.

In the U.S., over 200,000 truckloads are coordinated daily, yet 80% are still booked manually via phone, email, and text. Carriers, especially small operators, waste hours chasing loads, while brokers juggle hundreds of calls and emails, often letting attractive shipments get lost in the shuffle.

FleetWorks addresses inefficiencies in trucking with two AI-powered solutions. Its always-on dispatcher connects carriers to suitable loads by vetting equipment, lanes, and availability in real time, while the always-on carrier rep helps brokers find the right truck for each shipment, integrating with TMS and providing early access to available capacity.

FleetWorks leverages AI to manage the complexity of millions of relationships, turning a flood of phone calls into a single seamless transaction. Trust is paramount: brokers in the network are vetted for creditworthiness and on-time payments, while carriers are screened against custom rules for each load, shipper, or lane.

In under six months, FleetWorks has onboarded over 10,000 carriers and gained the trust of dozens of brokers, including more than 15 of the top 100 U.S. brokers such as Ally Logistics, Sage Freight, and KCH Transportation.
