EliseAI, an AI-powered automation platform for housing and healthcare, led by Minna Song, Tony Stoyanov, Andrew Korn, Annanth Aravinthan, Brady Huang, Francesca Loftus, and others, has secured $250 million in Series E funding led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital as EliseAI scales real-world enterprise AI.

With new funding, EliseAI will accelerate product innovation and expand its team across engineering, CX, sales, marketing, and strategy, growing office hubs in New York, San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago to advance AI solutions and improve patient experiences.

Since its $75M Series D in August 2024, EliseAI has doubled its team to over 300 and launched new AI products across both verticals, surpassing $100M in ARR. Now focused on healthcare’s costly front-desk and call center operations, part of a $600B admin burden, EliseAI automates complex workflows like scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient communication, reducing overhead by up to 25% and improving staff and patient satisfaction.

In housing, EliseAI addresses rising costs, labor shortages, and turnover exceeding 40%. Its platform features tools like AI-Guided Tours, Lease Audits, Fee Transparency, and a Maintenance App, streamlining operations for over 600 owners and operators, including 75% of NMHC’s Top 50.
