Founded by Tarush Agarwal(CEO), Shashij Gupta(CTO), and Sidhant Kabra(President), Cekura has raised $2.4 million in seed funding with participation from Y Combinator, Flex Capital, Hike Ventures, Kulveer Taggar, Pioneer Fund, Chris Smoak, Ooshma Garg, Richard Aberman, JJ Fliegelman, Decacorn, Alan Rutledge, Imagination Capital, Allport Capital, Ignite Ventures, Klaus Sayn-Wittgenstein, Matt Lenhard, Jinal Jhaveri, Patrick D. Deem, Jr., Austen Allred, Avinash Gupta Konda, Amitav Chakravartty, Allen Wu, Raphael Schaad and Rishi Penmetcha.

Cekura’s vision is to make building reliable conversational AI agents as seamless as launching a website. Enterprises should be able to trust AI voice and chat agents with the same confidence they place in their best human employees.

That requires going beyond generic metrics, such as response time and interruption rate, and instead measuring contextual correctness. Cekura enables teams to define what “correct” means for their business and automatically validates against those standards, whether it’s policy compliance or tone of voice.

The long-term goal is to raise the quality bar for AI-driven conversations, creating a world where interactions with AI feel consistently helpful, trustworthy, and aligned with brand expectations.
