This funding highlights Carbyne’s strong momentum and will support the acceleration of its AI-powered 911 emergency response platform, expansion into other mission-critical industries, and continued international growth — all while maintaining top-tier cybersecurity and compliance standards.

Carbyne has seen exceptional momentum over the past year, including a 477% year-over-year increase in APEX platform ARR and a 105% rise in APEX customers, as agencies rapidly shift to cloud-native 911 systems. With nearly 300 global sites and 7,000+ calltakers now using Carbyne, its integrated AI suite is already transforming emergency response — accelerating decision-making, easing staffing burdens, and improving outcomes in real-time across mission-critical environments.

Carbyne is transforming emergency communications with a cloud-native, AI-powered platform built for scale and mission-critical reliability. As legacy systems lag, Carbyne is leading the shift to intelligent infrastructure — saving lives in real time. With new funding, the company will expand R&D, enhance AI capabilities, and grow its global footprint across North America, Latin America, and EMEA. Strategic partnerships and deeper integrations will further empower responders with a smarter, more secure ecosystem.
