Armis, the cyber exposure management & security company, protects the entire attack surface and manages an organization’s cyber risk exposure in real time, led by Yevgeny Dibrov, Nadir Izrael, and others, is being acquired by ServiceNow. The move represents a strategic step forward for customers and the broader mission. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. Following the closing, Armis’s co-founders will join ServiceNow.
