Armis, the cyber exposure management & security company, protects the entire attack surface and manages an organization’s cyber risk exposure in real time, led by Yevgeny Dibrov, Nadir Izrael, and others, is being acquired by ServiceNow. The move represents a strategic step forward for customers and the broader mission. Since its inception, Armis has focused on enabling organizations to see, protect, and manage every asset across IT, OT, IoT, medical devices, cloud, and code as the attack surface continues to expand. Joining ServiceNow enhances the ability to deliver on that mission at a significantly greater scale.
ServiceNow has been a long-standing partner to Armis, bringing deep expertise in security operations and workflows. The focus on turning security insights into operational outcomes aligns with customer needs for action and measurable risk reduction. Together, the combination of complementary strengths enhances the ability to serve the market more effectively.
Organizations face increasingly complex, distributed environments and rapidly evolving cyber threats, driving demand for security platforms that combine real-time risk visibility with decisive action.
Together, Armis and ServiceNow meet this need by pairing deep asset intelligence and exposure management with robust security workflows, enabling continuous risk reduction across the cyber-physical attack surface.
Today’s challenge for security teams is not a lack of data, but fragmentation. An expanding set of security tools generates alerts and insights that, without integration and operational alignment, make it difficult to identify priorities and take high-impact action.
Armis provides continuous visibility into every asset, its behavior, and its exposure to risk. Combined with ServiceNow, this capability is strengthened by tighter integration between asset intelligence, exposure prioritization, and remediation workflows, enabling organizations to move from understanding risk to reducing it at scale.
For customers, the combination delivers clear benefits: real-time, end-to-end protection across all asset types; actionable exposure management that prioritizes and remediates risk through integrated workflows; and stronger security for cyber-physical systems across critical infrastructure, healthcare, and industrial environments.
The shared focus is to help organizations reduce cyber risk continuously, intelligently, and at scale.
Change in the cybersecurity market can raise questions, but priorities remain clear. Customers stay at the center, with continued support for existing deployments, honored commitments, and delivery against the established roadmap. The same Armis engineers, researchers, customer success teams, and leadership remain in place and fully focused on customer outcomes.
The partnership with ServiceNow adds resources, reach, and operational strength without altering Armis’s identity or approach. Trust is built over time, and that responsibility remains a core commitment.
Cyber risk now spans digital and physical systems, software and infrastructure, and human and machine identities, requiring platforms built for scale, complexity, and continuous change.
The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. Following the closing, Armis’s co-founders will join ServiceNow. The combination positions both companies to better address current security challenges and anticipate future needs, while continuing to strengthen protection, reduce exposure, and safeguard critical assets.
