Aonic Acquires Prime Insights for More than $250 Million

Aonic, a global technology and video gaming group, led by Paul Schempp, Arthur Mostovoy, Fredrik Øien Iversen, John Merchant, Olliver Heins, and others, has acquired Prime Insights, an industry-leading research technology firm, led by Benjamin Ritzka, Roman Nehrulenko, Thiago Ferreira Cravo, Adrian Peña Guerra, and others, for a total transaction value in excess of $250 million.


This marks Aonic’s largest acquisition to date, bringing Prime Insights into a unified global rewards and data platform that now reaches over 50 million consumers, spans 12 owned and operated brands, and generates more than $300 million in annual revenue.


Aonic’s acquisition of Prime Insights unites two fast-growing leaders in rewards platforms, Exmox in gaming and Prime Insights in research technology. Both have achieved over 80% annual organic growth, serving top global clients with data quality, user experience, and technology-first solutions. Together, they double platform scale, expand reach across gaming and consumer insights, and strengthen a unified global rewards ecosystem. Prime Insights founder Benjamin Ritzka will remain CEO and reinvest as one of Aonic’s largest shareholders to accelerate the joint vision.
