Ashby, an AI-Powered all-in-one recruiting platform led by Benjamin Encz(Co-founder & CEO), Abhik Pramanik(Co-founder & VP of Engineering), Mike Clapson(VP of Sales), Harriet Johnston(VP of Marketing), Kelsey Peterson(VP of Customer Success), Shane Gallaher(VP of Finance), Jim Miller(VP of People and Talent Acquisition), raised $50 Million in Series D led by Mark McLaughlin at Alkeon with co-lead support from existing investor Lachy Groom and participation from F-Prime, Elad Gil, Gaingels, and other new and returning backers. 

Ashby’s Series D enables rapid AI innovation across its all-in-one recruiting platform. Current features like AI Application Review, Candidate Assistant, Feedback Summaries, and Reporting Assistant already streamline key workflows—cutting hours of manual effort to minutes.


Upcoming tools include an AI Notetaker (Q3) and Talent Rediscovery, with longer-term plans for autonomous, multi-step AI workflows. All AI is built responsibly, prioritizing fairness, safety, and privacy.


Alongside AI, Ashby continues improving ATS, CRM, scheduling, and analytics features, addressing challenges like candidate fraud and scaling to support both startups and enterprise teams.


Ashby’s Series D drives expansion across Enterprise features, customer support, and community programs. With 123% YoY Enterprise growth and new integrations like Workday and UKG, the platform continues to scale for complex recruiting needs. Quality of Hire tools are seeing strong adoption, and community efforts like Ashby One and ACE chapters are deepening user engagement.
