Led by Co-Founders Benjamin Sanders(CEO) and Damian McCabe(Chief Product Officer), Hyper emerges out of stealth mode and announces a fund raise of $6.3 million led by Eniac Ventures with participation from Ripple Ventures, GreatPoint Ventures, VSC Ventures, Tusk Venture Partners, and K5 Global.

Hyper's AI Agent autonomously resolves up to 75% of non-emergency calls, enabling call takers to concentrate on high-priority emergencies. It understands context, validates location, escalates when necessary, and responds with an empathetic, natural tone. The system also supports multi-lingual voice and text interactions, while ensuring full compliance with records management requirements.

Seamless AI integration into existing operations enables intelligent handling of non-emergency calls across both PSTN and SIP systems. Compatible with current Call Handling Systems (CHS), the solution supports intelligent routing, instant escalation, and automated follow-up communications—ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Hyper plans to use the new funding to scale nationally, deepen integration with existing 911 systems, hire a head of engineering, and develop its next product. Hyper differentiates itself through a singular focus on 911. With most call centers understaffed and facing hiring challenges, Hyper aims to ease the burden on emergency responders—potentially making the profession more sustainable and appealing.
