Aerospacelab, a Belgian Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing Company, led by Benoît Deper and Tina Ghataore, has secured 94 million EUR (110 million USD) through a dual-tranche funding of 56 million EUR (66 million USD), alongside a 38 million EUR (44 million USD) commitment from a European Financial Institution.

The investment accelerates Aeropacelab’s growth, enabling a fleet of ready-to-sell satellites for industries like earth observation and telecom. It also supports full vertical integration of key subsystems, thereby strengthening industrial autonomy and accelerating product development.

Aerospacelab’s Megafactory, central to its industrial strategy, is being built with Series B funding to become one of Europe’s most advanced satellite production sites, capable of producing up to 500 satellites annually. The investment accelerates R&D, attracts top engineering talent, and enables full subsystem verticalization, boosting reliability, performance, and delivery timelines for telecom and commercial clients. Construction began in 2024, with initial satellite production slated for 2026 and full capacity expected by 2027.
