TRIVER, the London-based fintech firm leveraging Open Banking data and sophisticated AI to underwrite the risk of small business borrowing instantly and automatically, led by Jerome Le Luel, Gokce Yucealpan, Ben Emery, Jenny Holt, and Gui Valerio, has secured £114 million in financing, including a £14 million Series A round led by AlleyCorp, with the support of Axeleo Capital, Inkberry Ventures, Stride VC, and others, and part debt facility secured with HSBC Innovation Banking UK and Avellinia Capital. HSBC Innovation Banking has provided £35 million in debt financing, with an additional £35 million potentially available in the future, subject to credit approval, while Avellinia Capital has extended its facility to £30 million, bringing the total VC investment to date to £21 million and increases its combined debt facility from £20 million to £65 million, potentially rising to £100 million.

TRIVER, founded in 2023 by Jerome Le Luel, former Chief Risk Officer at Funding Circle and Global Head of Risk Analytics for Barclays, is transforming SME finance. Serving 1,500 clients, it has financed over 17,000 invoices totaling £180 million, earning an exceptional Net Promoter Score of 94. TRIVER’s success stems from its API-first, embedded invoice finance platform, which integrates seamlessly with the digital services SMEs already use, driving strong adoption, repeat use, and customer loyalty.

Building on its momentum, TRIVER has partnered with Xero, enabling customers to convert invoices into instant cash flow directly through their Xero accounts. The company embeds its platform with software providers and digital business banks, counting partners like Birdie, Clear Books, Elcom, and Soldo, while collaborating with over 200 SME lending brokers. TRIVER continues to expand its ecosystem, integrating with more software and service providers that support SME workflows.
