Einride, developer and designer of state-of-the-art digital, electric, and autonomous technologies that get global companies on track to reach their business goals, led by Robert Falck, Roozbeh Charli, and others, has secured $100 million in funding from EQT Ventures, one of Einride’s largest shareholders; a global asset management company based on the West Coast of the United States; as well as other investors and shareholders.

Founded in Sweden in 2016, Einride is building a new freight ecosystem that blends one of the world’s largest fleets of heavy-duty electric trucks with advanced autonomous technology and the proprietary Saga optimization platform. Saga unites digital planning with electric and autonomous vehicles to tackle fragmentation, cut emissions, and overcome labor shortages in the freight industry.

Following a year of rapid growth, Einride has more than doubled net sales in 2024, expanded into Austria and the UAE, and strengthened its presence with global shippers across Europe and North America. The company is also collaborating with IonQ, the world’s leading quantum computing firm, to explore quantum solutions for large-scale logistics challenges beyond the reach of classical computing.

Roozbeh Charli, CEO of Einride, described the moment as a mark of trust and momentum. The company can now grow alongside its customers and accelerate the deployment of autonomous freight technology, a testament to the team’s capabilities and Einride’s distinct position in the market.
