Seon, the Command Center for Fraud Prevention & AML Compliance, led by Tamas Kadar, Angela Pierce, Bence Jendruszak, Alan Lipton, Devlyn Coelho, Shaun Worley, and others, has secured $80 million in Series C led by Sixth Street Growth with participation from existing investors IVP, Creandum, and Firebolt, and new investors including Hearst, bringing the total funding to $187 million. SEON will advance its AI-powered product development and support strategic talent acquisition. Michael Bauer, Managing Director, Sixth Street Growth, will join SEON’s Board of Directors, and Claire Zhang, Principal, Sixth Street Growth, will serve as a Board Observer.

SEON has shown strong growth over the past year, leading the fraud and compliance space. Its unified platform analyzes tens of millions of daily customer interactions for thousands of clients—including Revolut, Plaid, Nubank, Afterpay, Spotify, and Entain—enabling rapid onboarding, scalable compliance, and advanced fraud prevention through a single API. This approach has solidified SEON’s position as a global market leader.

SEON can be integrated in days, helping clients prevent fraud and financial crime quickly. Customers report up to 90% fewer fraudulent accounts, 80% higher transaction detection precision, and a 75% reduction in manual review time, freeing teams to focus on growth.

SEON uses AI and real-time detection to stop emerging fraud. A leader in North America and EMEA, it’s expanding into APAC and Latin America. Its unified platform delivers insights from 900+ fraud signals and global AML coverage via a single API, while funding supports deeper partnerships with financial institutions and cloud providers.

As fraud tactics grow more sophisticated and regulations tighten, SEON’s unified, API-driven platform helps organizations streamline workflows and stay ahead of threats, driving strong market adoption and customer success.
