ScaleOps, innovators in cloud resource automation, led by Yodar Shafrir and the team, has raised $130M in Series C funding led by Insight Partners, with participation from all of the existing investors, Lightspeed Venture Partners, NFX, Glilot Capital Partners, and Picture Capital. This round brings the total funding to $210M and values the company at more than $800M.
This milestone underscores ScaleOps’ market leadership, having pioneered the Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management category.
Static Infrastructure in a Dynamic World
Cloud and AI infrastructure demand is soaring, yet many organizations rely on outdated tools. Engineering teams manage resources manually, without contextual awareness, spending hours addressing SLO violations and performance issues instead of building.
At a small scale, manual tuning works, but with hundreds of applications, thousands of workloads, and dynamic AI needs, misallocated infrastructure drives rising costs and risk.
A Complete Autonomous Resource Management Platform
ScaleOps enables infrastructure to manage itself. The platform continuously monitors workload demand and performance, optimizing resources autonomously to ensure every application, AI agent, and model receives exactly what it needs, when it needs it.
This eliminates the trade-off between performance and cost for engineering teams.
From Vision to Category Leadership
ScaleOps anticipated the market’s direction before it became clear. That vision has now formed a recognized category, Autonomous Cloud & AI Infrastructure Resource Management, with ScaleOps defining and leading it.
What’s Next
Expanding Autonomous Management: Extending self-managing capabilities across the full AI and cloud infrastructure stack, covering the entire resource ecosystem.
Global Enterprise Scale: Broadening presence in new markets and deepening engagement with existing customers to unlock the full potential of autonomous infrastructure.
Team Growth: Scaling engineering and go-to-market teams to support the next phase of growth and continue delivering exceptional value.
The goal is a future where enterprises no longer manage infrastructure, capacity aligns automatically to demand, waste is continuously eliminated, and performance is never compromised.
