Quack AI, an AI-powered platform for customer support, led by Nadav Kemper, Aviram Roisman, Doron Pryluk, and others, has secured $7 million in seed funding led by Hanaco Ventures and Storytime Capital with participation from Fusion VC, Savyon Ventures, Seed IL, and private investors such as WalkMe CEO Dan Adika.
Scaling customer support is costly and slow, with most chatbots unable to handle complex issues. Quack solves this with a proactive AI platform that learns like a human agent, preventing problems before they become tickets.
The platform enables customer experience teams to deploy and manage AI agents that provide instant, contextual, human-level support across all channels.
Quack’s platform goes beyond traditional chatbots by integrating with any CRM and enabling topic-by-topic AI training that mirrors human agent learning. Built-in quality assurance ensures reliable and improved performance over time, making it the only proactive AI agent platform.
Quack is focusing on three priorities: expanding its U.S. go-to-market to reach more SaaS companies, enhancing AI models to handle complex customer issues, and building out the platform with advanced analytics, reporting, and voice-of-customer insights.
