Orchestration provides a unified view of the entire factory network, from global operations down to individual production lines. Results From Early Deployment.
Maneva has deployed its Orchestration Platform with early design partners, with additional deployments in the pipeline. At one facility, more than 50 VITA and ALIS agents now span the full production process, from raw material intake and machine monitoring to manufacturing, safety, and shipping.
The deployments offer an early glimpse of the self-improving factory, with capabilities including self-diagnosed line-speed optimization, autonomous throughput improvements, adaptive staffing, and automatically initiated work orders.
