Rising Demand Drives Rapid Growth.

Inforcer has experienced rapid growth over the past two years as managed service providers (MSPs) increasingly seek scalable tools to manage Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and AI services.

The company's momentum has led to three funding rounds, Series A, B, and C, in just 18 months. Its platform enables MSPs to centrally manage Microsoft 365 security and AI environments across multiple customers, addressing growing demand from small and medium-sized businesses.

Addressing AI Opportunities and Emerging Security Risks.

As small and medium-sized businesses increase spending on AI and cybersecurity, managed service providers (MSPs) are facing growing demand to deliver AI-enabled services. Inforcer is building tools such as Copilot Manager and Shadow AI detection to help MSPs offer managed AI services at scale.

At the same time, the rapid adoption of AI is creating new cybersecurity challenges. AI tools are lowering barriers for attackers, enabling faster analysis of compromised systems, more targeted attacks, and increasingly sophisticated social engineering campaigns.

Expanding Into Threat Detection and Response.

Inforcer has expanded its platform with Threat Detection & Response (TDR), designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) identify, contain, and prevent cybersecurity threats across SMB customer environments.

The platform combines Microsoft management capabilities with security tools across prevention, detection, and response, giving MSPs a more integrated approach to managing AI-driven risks and Microsoft-based environments.

Through inforcer TDR, the company aims to help MSPs consolidate security operations, develop AI-focused service offerings, and improve efficiency as demand for managed cybersecurity services continues to grow.

Backing from Global Software Investors.

Insight Partners has invested in inforcer alongside existing backers Meritech Capital and Dawn Capital, joining the company as it expands its platform for Microsoft-focused security and AI services.

The investment aligns with Insight Partners' focus on category-defining software companies across cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. The firm brings experience from investments in companies including Kaseya, Veeam, SentinelOne, Darktrace, Mimecast, and Wiz.
