PowerUp Money, India's trusted Mutual Fund Advisory App, led by Prateek Jindal, Harshil Sharma, Navdha Khera, Mridul Mimansa, Gaurav Singh, and Arush Kapoor, has secured $12 million in a Series A round led by Peak XV, with support from existing backers Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures, and DeVC.

India today has nearly 60 million mutual fund investors, with SIP participation at an all-time high. Yet many working professionals struggle to make prudent financial decisions, not due to lack of intent, but because high-quality, unbiased investment advice remains difficult to access.

PowerUp was created to address this gap by making high-quality, fully unbiased investment advisory services accessible to every Indian at a fraction of traditional costs.

Strong user support has driven rapid adoption. In just eight months, PowerUp has reached 5 lakh active users, over 25,000 Elite members, and more than ₹65,500 crore in assets tracked.

“This fundraise will strengthen advisory and research capabilities,” said Prateek Jindal, Founder and CEO of PowerUp Money. “The focus will be on scaling PowerUp Elite, launching PowerUp Infinite, and building India’s most trusted zero-commission mutual fund advisory platform to help millions of investors invest with clarity and confidence.”

The fundraise will significantly scale the core advisory and research engine that powers all recommendations. Investment will focus on strengthening infrastructure and delivering deeper insights to help users accelerate long-term wealth creation.

Upcoming additions to the 🔶 PowerUp Elite suite include Family Portfolios for managing household investments in a single app, Regular to Direct for tax-efficient step-by-step fund switching, and Power Allocation for building goal- and risk-aligned portfolios across SIPs, lump sums, and existing holdings. Together, these features make Elite more comprehensive, personalized, and actionable.

PowerUp is also preparing to launch Infinite, a one-to-one personalized advisory service where a dedicated team manages portfolios on an ongoing basis. The service is designed to support end-to-end portfolio management, covering fund selection, rebalancing, and execution.

Infinite focuses on fully unbiased and transparent advisory, ensuring complete visibility into investment decisions without a black-box experience. A beta program is currently open, with participation available via request.

Soon, mutual funds will be available for direct buying and selling within the PowerUp app, enabling seamless execution of personalized recommendations and bringing the entire investing journey into a single platform.
