Doss, helping transform and unleash your operations, led by Wiley Jones and Arnav Mishra, has raised a $55M Series B, co-led by Madrona and Premji Invest, with Greyhound, Commerce Ventures, and Intuit Ventures as new investors, and continued investment from Theory, General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, Mintaka, Pathlight VC, and 47th Street Partners. Karan Mehandru, Managing Director at Madrona, will be joining the company's board.
Inventory-driven businesses are facing unprecedented complexity across channels, suppliers, SKUs, and fulfillment. While ERP systems were built to manage this, they have become slow, costly, and unable to keep pace with modern operations.
DOSS is addressing this gap with an Operations Cloud, a new approach designed to adapt in real time as businesses evolve, eliminating the lag and rigidity of legacy ERP systems.
The funding will support deeper investment in DOSS’s core platform and unified data model, enabling faster deployment and systems that adapt in real time. It will also advance agentic capabilities to remove manual configuration bottlenecks and help define a new category centered on adaptable operations.
This approach aligns with a broader generational shift in enterprise software, moving from static, consultant-heavy systems to intelligent, automated platforms powered by AI.
DOSS reimagines ERP as an Operations Cloud, connecting goods, financials, and data across existing systems without requiring replacement, while adapting in real time to how businesses operate. Designed for complex, fast-growing companies, it enables unified data, flexible workflows, and reliable financials without costly reimplementation.
With the launch of Dossbot, an AI copilot that automates reporting, data fixes, and operational changes, the platform is evolving toward agentic systems, transforming static systems of record into dynamic systems of action that continuously adapt alongside the business.
DOSS has been built in close collaboration with operators, delivering measurable outcomes across customers. Verve Coffee Roasters reduced manually batched orders from 30% to 1% and saved over 20 hours weekly, achieving a unified system across procurement, inventory, orders, and finance without replacing existing tools.
Similarly, Mezcla streamlined operations amid rapid growth, automating order-to-cash workflows, doubling purchase order processing speed, and saving over 12 hours per week. Across use cases, DOSS consistently adapts to the business, eliminating the need for businesses to adapt to their software.
