HappyRobot, an AI-native operating system powering the autonomous economy, led by Pablo Palafox, Luis Paarup, and Javier Palafox, has announced a $44 million Series B funding led by Base10 Partners with participation from a16z, Array Ventures, Avra, Samsara Ventures, Tokio Marine, WaVe-X, WiL, YC, and other strategic investors, bringing the total funds raised to date to $62 million.

HappyRobot is building the AI operating system for the real economy—an autonomous system that links intelligence to action. By combining real-time truth, specialized AI workers, and orchestration, it manages complex supply chains and industrial operations with speed and continuous improvement, while humans focus on higher-value work.

In just 18 months, AI workers have scaled to over 70 enterprises, including DHL, Ryder, Schneider, and Werner—delivering results such as 100x returns in collections, 19x ROI in outbound sales, 5x in carrier sales, and appointment scheduling cut from a week to under 30 minutes.

The new funding will accelerate growth by enabling the hiring of world-class talent, advancing the product to increase its capabilities, and expanding enterprise deployments. It provides the fuel to scale what has been built so far and to push toward the operating system that the world’s most impactful companies will run on.
