HappyRobot, powering the systems that run the world, led by Pablo Palafox, Luis Paarup, and Javier Palafox, has raised $150 million in Series C funding, led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo. Existing investors a16z, Base10, and Y Combinator are doubling down, joined by strategics including Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT), Kfund, Orange, T.Capital (Deutsche Telekom), Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, and Wave-X.
The round values the company at $1.2 billion post-money, bringing total funding to approximately $200 million and marking a new stage of growth as its AI agents expand across more mission-critical enterprise workflows.
The Real Economy, At Scale.
The company now serves more than 150 enterprise customers, including DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Naturgy, Repsol, and Uber, and has grown fivefold since raising its Series B late last year. After proving the platform in logistics, one of the world’s most operationally demanding industries, the company is expanding across the supply chain and into insurance, energy and utilities, telecommunications, airlines, and other sectors where business-critical work still relies on manual coordination across fragmented systems.
Why the Company Is Raising?
The new funding will accelerate investment in the platform, including expanded AI capabilities, enterprise integrations, and infrastructure needed to deploy AI agents at scale. The company will also continue expanding its engineering, deployment, and go-to-market teams globally to meet growing enterprise demand.
“Getting agents to do work is the starting point, not the destination,” said Pablo Palafox, co-founder and CEO. “Enterprise superintelligence, where an organization’s collective intelligence compounds as agents and people learn from one another, requires more than task-performing agents. It requires a platform and an operating model capable of embedding that intelligence into the business.”
The Numbers Behind the Platform.
Enterprise operations still depend on millions of phone calls, emails, documents, and disconnected systems every day. While AI has made generating information easier, automating the underlying work remains a challenge. The platform bridges that gap with AI agents that can reason and execute within existing enterprise systems alongside employees.
Agents now execute millions of tasks each month, delivering measurable gains across departments. Initial deployments typically go live within 4–12 weeks, followed by ongoing sprints that refine existing agents and add new capabilities. One customer automates 28,000 hours of work each month, while customer-care agents achieve an average 9.4/10 satisfaction score and more than 70% autonomous resolution. Across customers, operational teams have increased capacity by 10x, while sales teams have generated 5x more revenue through previously underutilized channels.
Investor Perspectives.
“Many industries have a surprising share of their costs locked up in coordination, the calls, emails, and handoffs that keep work flowing,” said Kerry Wei, Partner at Prysm Capital. “While getting an agent to complete a discrete task is increasingly simple, deploying them across multi-step enterprise workflows remains far more difficult. HappyRobot has built the missing link, the governance, interfaces, and context layer, that enables agents to work seamlessly across complex workflows and deliver real ROI without requiring employees to adopt new tools. The team’s production traction and bold vision position HappyRobot to redefine how enterprise operations get done.”
“It had been a while since we met a company that fundamentally expands what enterprise AI can do,” said Anne-Charlotte Philbert, Partner at Eurazeo. “While most AI enhances individual productivity, HappyRobot automates complex, end-to-end business operations with AI agents already running at scale. With an AI-native platform, deep technical expertise, and strong customer ROI across mission-critical industries, HappyRobot is well positioned to become an AI-native operating system for enterprise operations and accelerate its expansion across Europe.”
Over the past year, HappyRobot has expanded from two offices to eight locations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Australia, reflecting growing demand for automation of complex operational workflows.
