Donna, eliminating the admin burden for field sales, led by Nicolas Christiaen, Jonas Deprez, Xander Berkein, and others, has secured $4.8 M seed round, led by Frontline Ventures, with participation from existing funds: Pitchdrive, Fortino Capital, WeLoveFounders, Syndicate One, New School, Everywhere Ventures, and a group of seasoned angel investors.

The funding will be used to deepen Donna’s product leadership and scale go-to-market operations across Europe and the United States.

Field sales teams spend their days on the road, yet most sales tools are built for desks. Clunky mobile apps, low CRM compliance, and lost context remain persistent barriers. Donna introduces a new era of intelligence and simplicity by guiding reps through their day, delivering timely preparation, and automating all sales admin so teams can stay focused on selling.

Since launching in 2023, Donna has grown into a trusted global brand adopted by field sales teams at companies such as ABB, Atlas Copco, Luminus, and Liantis, while securing major partnerships with Deloitte, PwC, and Orion Global Solutions. Deep integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and HubSpot, along with support for more than 40 languages, have enabled worldwide teams to report significant gains: 75% less administrative work, 10× higher CRM adoption, cleaner data, and up to 20% stronger conversion.

Nicolas Christiaen, co-CEO and co-founder, emphasized the longstanding gap in tools built for field sales, describing Donna as a system that prepares each meeting, captures details in real time, and automates post-meeting administration to keep teams focused on customers. Frontline Ventures noted a broader shift in revenue technology, highlighting Donna’s multimodal workflow as a direct fit for field-based sales. Industry veteran Bob Stutz reinforced this view, citing Donna’s ability to listen, interpret, and respond live during conversations, surfacing the right information instantly and closing the gap between AI automation and authentic human interaction.

The new funding will accelerate Donna’s product leadership and expand go-to-market operations across Europe and the United States. With teams already established in New York, London, and Ghent, the company plans further hiring across Europe and North America. Donna has evolved from a voice-to-CRM tool into a multimodal, always-on AI assistant that anticipates the needs of field sales teams, understands business context, and automates daily administrative work, including meeting notes and follow-up communication, in real time. By building a complete “system of context” around each salesperson, Donna enables faster, smarter, and more consistent execution in the field.

Co-CEO and co-founder Jonas Deprez emphasized that B2B commerce will continue to rely on human-to-human interactions, with AI serving to elevate rather than replace them. Early deployments already demonstrate rapid time-to-value and strong scalability in real-world operations. With surging adoption and sustained growth, Donna is positioned to set the global standard for field sales productivity.
