Deskbird, an all-in-one workplace management platform, led by Ivan Cossu and Jonas Hess, has secured $23 million led by Octopus Ventures with co-investments from Neva SGR (Intesa Sanpaolo Bank) and AVP, and participation from Alstin Capital, Session, and PortfoLion

In the hybrid age, the office has become a dynamic ecosystem of people, resources, and ideas. When it adapts to how people truly work, it transforms from a cost center into a competitive edge, a shift that deskbird is making inevitable.

Hybrid is the new operating system of leading organizations, yet up to 60% of office space often goes unused while employees struggle to find desks and rooms. The result is wasted time and millions lost to empty chairs. deskbird turns space into an asset, helping organizations cut waste, right-size offices, and reinvest in their people.

Deskbird goes beyond bookings with one intuitive platform, on web, app, Teams, or Slack, where employees plan their weeks, reserve desks and rooms, manage guests and parking, and connect with teams. Behind the scenes, real-time analytics uncover true space usage, collaboration peaks, and hidden efficiencies, giving leaders the data to make smarter decisions.

Deskbird transforms office management into a smart ecosystem that adapts in real time, anticipating needs, reallocating resources, and aligning teams. The result: fewer distractions, stronger connections, and a workplace people want to join.

Deskbird makes workdays smoother, faster starts, and easier collaboration. Trusted by global leaders, it powers 10,000+ offices and 250,000 users, integrating seamlessly with HR and IT systems as the operating system for hybrid work.
