Databricks to invest $250 Million in India, to boost hiring and AI expansion

Databricks announces a strategic investment of over US $250 Million in India over the next 3 years, supporting training & enablement, R&D, go to market, increasing headcount by more than 50%.

In a series of announcements, they launched India AI + Data Academy to train 500,000 partners & customers.
