Led by Matthijs Huiskamp(Founder), Jordi van der Hek(Founder), Thalia Hesselink(Marketing), Thijl Klerkx(Sales), and Joram Schuurman(Customer Success), Altura has acquired Tendara, following the company's recent completion of an €8 million Series A funding round in June, led by venture capital firm Octopus Ventures, with participation from Curiosity, Fortino Capital, and Perry Oostdam & Pawel Smoczyk of P1ST investors.

Founded in 2024, Tendara built AI software to help government contractors find, analyse, and win public tenders, quickly attracting major German clients like AFRY and Datagroup. Altura will now integrate Tendara’s customer base into its own AI-driven platform for winning complex public and private sector contracts.

Altura, launched in 2021, has become a key player in Benelux by helping brands like Adecco, EY, and Ricoh streamline complex tender and RFP processes. Its AI-powered platform automates manual tasks, centralises knowledge, and enhances collaboration across teams. Intelligent agents assist with drafting responses, analysing performance, and managing submissions—freeing bid teams to focus on strategy amid rising procurement complexity.
