By extracting material data and catching compliance issues, it replaces manual estimation with faster, more accurate insights. Since launch, it’s delivered 20x faster results across global projects—from hospitals to high-rises.

Bild AI was founded by Puneet and Roop to tackle inefficiencies in preconstruction. Combining Puneet’s hands-on building experience and Roop’s AI background from Google, they created an AI-driven platform to automate blueprint analysis.
