Led by founders Nithin Nadagouda(CSO), Mikko Valorinta(CEO), and Ilkka Uuhiniemi(CTO), Nvelop Secures €1.2 Million Seed Round led by Failup Ventures, with continued participation from existing investor Antler.

The funding will accelerate Nvelop’s mission to transform enterprise procurement with agentic AI—streamlining sourcing from RFPs to negotiations within a single, auditable platform. The system reduces costs, shortens cycles, and ensures end-to-end compliance.

The investment reflects a strong conviction in Nvelop’s AI-native approach to procurement. Instead of layering AI on top, Nvelop rebuilt the sourcing process around agentic AI—streamlining compliance, surfacing insights, and enhancing decision-making through a chat-first interface. As the €10B+ procurement software market grows, Nvelop is poised to lead with faster sourcing, cost savings, and stronger stakeholder alignment. The new capital will accelerate product development, team expansion, and go-to-market scale.
