Volta, an AI-powered automation platform for distributors and wholesalers, led by Paul Guillemin, Reda El Ganzri, Mario Parteli, Antoine Le Squeren, and others, has secured a €5 million extension to its fundraising round, bringing our total funding to €11 million. This round is led by RTP Global. Pascal Houillon, former CEO of Cegid and Sage, joins as an investor and strategic advisor.

An intelligent automation platform transforming B2B distribution.

In less than two years, Volta has built and deployed an AI-powered business automation platform now used by leading distributors in France and Italy. The platform centralizes catalogs, prices, and orders; automates data entry from emails, PDFs, and WhatsApp; generates dynamic quotes; and boosts sales with AI-driven recommendations.

The impact: up to 90% of manual tasks automated, an average 11% increase in sales, and more than 7 hours saved per employee every week.

With this new round of funding, Volta is accelerating its expansion across France and Italy, its two core markets. The company currently has nearly 30 employees between Paris and Milan and plans to double its team within the next year.

This new funding round and the arrival of Pascal Houillon mark a turning point for European B2B commerce. As American and Chinese giants expand their platforms, Volta is building a local alternative, created by and for European companies.

By uniting deep business expertise with cutting-edge AI, Volta aims to lead the modernization of B2B commerce in Europe and prove that sovereign technology can stand shoulder to shoulder with global players.
