Didero, the leading AI procurement agent, led by Tim Spencer, Lorenz Pallhuber, Tom Petit, and the team, has raised a $30 million Series A financing round co-led by Chemistry and Headline, with participation from M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund.
The Problem - Procurement teams at manufacturers and distributors handle thousands of supplier interactions across email, ERP systems, and spreadsheets, with much of the work still done manually.
The Solution - AI agents work within existing systems and communications, learning product, pricing, policy, and order history. Within weeks, they handle core procurement tasks, supplier communication, order tracking, and exception management, thereby enhancing visibility, streamlining cycles, and reducing operational overhead.
Use of Funds – The capital will expand product development, engineering, go-to-market, and customer enablement teams to meet growing demand. Hiring will focus on enterprise sales, customer success, and technical roles to scale deployments, while the platform will evolve to support adjacent workflows like sourcing and payments.
